Please click return request button for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) before you return your product or products . Please put RMA# on outside of package!!

Before returning a product please fill out a return request above to apply for an RMA#. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase -- you must write the RMA number on the outside of your return package so that it is clearly visible to us when we receive it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.Products returned for refunds will be credited minus original shipping and a 15%handling fee. Please send the product back in the same condition it was sent to you; it must have all tags and packaging. After evaluation of product condition we will apply the credit or contact you if there is any problems.
